Interesting stats I found showing the correlation with gun control and firearm *homicides. Shows that there is reduced homicide rate with stricter gun control laws. However as shown with this data, it is a VERY loose trend demonstrated by states like Maryland and Maine. Also, if you compare gun ownership rates from Wyoming/Idaho/Montana to their homicide rates...
*Note: Itâs important to compare homicides when looking at gun control, as âgun deathsâ rather than âhomicidesâ includes suicides which is not a main goal when pertaining to most proposed gun control these days.
